Harmful - EXE

I have no idea if there are any legitimate applications using these file named WinDex.exe or WinUp.exe, however it is always possible that some legitimate application may have/ or may incorporate these names in their software, hence take precaution before deleting it.

It is a Trojan that can run in the background and allows remote access to your computer.  These are the two sites that it communicates with
60.10.4.94, www1.vmnat.com

These are the files that it creates on the infected computer. Delete them.

C:\Windows\System32\windex.exe
C:\Windows\System32\winup.exe

The process winup.exe could be seen in the Task Manager which you can End from there. If this file is not in the said location, you can nevertheless delete it, wherever it is found. You can use windows search utility to search for the files  listed above and delete them. 

For additional cleaning, you can easily get rid of temp files and obsolete registry entries simply by running a freeware like the CCleaner. and you can set CCleaner to run automatically each time the computer starts.
