gphone.exe is a file created by a worm that spreads via Yahoo Messenger. sends a message to all contacts from the infected computer. The message contains a link to the virus/worm. It can also Can spread through removal drives.
After infecting the computer, it disables folder options and Task Manager and registry tools. It then hijacks Internet Explorer's homepage and further download other harmful files from the internet. I have no idea if there is any legitimate program that has a file with this name, but there could be, so you have to find that out yourself whether the gphone.exe on your computer belongs to some legitimate application or not.
