You need to use your antivirus to scan and deletect and remove the virus process in memory. It adds files in the %system% folder named nero.9.keygen.exe and scvhost.exe, these processes then could be seen in the task manager on an infected computer. Notice the filename carefully. svchost.exe is legitimate windows process/es whereas scvhost.exe is the virus This article provides thorough detection and removal instructions.
